Dave is a virtuoso mandolin player who has thrilled audiences with his wide ranging repertoire of classical, Italian romantic, jazz and gypsy influenced mandolin playing. The magical sound of mandolin and guitar makes for great concert material and is perfect for that romantic tingle so important at weddings, birthdays or special occasions. Dave will play and arrange special requests for a bride or groom's favourite song. The book and film of Captain Corelli's Mandolin, a 1993 novel written by Louis de Bernières has fired the imagination and profiled the wonderful sound of the mandolin. How about the beautiful tremolo of the Italian style for a romantic meal?

Dave plays with guitarists Helen James or Kevin Byrne as 'Mandolin Express' and also with his wonderful Latin quartet 'Brejeiro' playing choro music from Brazil.
